About HI, I’m David Todd. A few things about me that will make this blog have more meaning are that I have had an interest in health related learning since the mid70’s. I’ve been a pilot for 37 years and am near the end of that segment of my life. I've had to try to stay healthy and fit and only partially succeeded. Now I'm becoming somewhat fanatic- walking regularly and taking supplements. It' hard to get back to highschool weight and pant size when you've added 2 pounds a year for 40 years. In addition to researching ways to help others and myself at the same time, I will share what I've learned, what has worked and what is a scam( in fact if you want to gain an inch of manhood, simply lose 35 pounds of belly fat). The Hunza diet using only bread may work for some folks high in the Himilayas, but it did not work for me 30 years ago.Sugar buster type dieting is an excellent idea- cutting out all sugar except fruits Now one of my passions can be turned back to health issues. While I count myself lucky to have been able to do something I love and get paid for it, I have reached an age limit and now start on another interest. Since this will be less formal than a normal web page ,I’ll add regular commentary on not just health and supplements but everyday goings on too.
